Devon de Leña is a youth-worker, filmmaker and community facilitator.  With generations of roots in the PNW, Devon has spent her career investing in social justice and youth organizing in all corners of our city.   As a mixed race person, Devon cultivates her work through a lens of intersectionality and realizes that all pieces of our complex identities need to be seen and honored to create effective change work in the world.   Devon is always striving to be a strong adult ally to young people and has had the privilege to work along side phenomenal young folks at Powerful Voices, Arts Corps/Youth Speaks Seattle, SPS and Renton Area Youth Services and now Reel Grrls!
