Emily Guillen has been working in the Arts for over 10 years and joined the Board in December 2017 after working as a consultant for Reel Grrls through 501 Common’s Springboard program. She is passionate about equity in the Arts, elevating youth voices and interested in creating mentoring and leadership opportunities that don’t fit in the traditional model. She brings to the Board comprehensive fundraising, development and database knowledge and experience; having built up membership and individual giving programs at SAM and SIFF. Emily holds an MFA in Arts Leadership from Seattle University
